Clemens Findeisen has been working in the field of renewable energy and waste management for more than twenty years. His career has taken him from industrial companies like Sharp electronics, to consulting companies and NGOs, such as ALIARSE, where he supported public-private partnerships in Costa Rica. Since 2013 he has been working for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, holding trainings and carrying out projects in the area of renewable energy in Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Kenya and South Africa. Since 2017 he is Project Manager of the Energy Transition Project (Proyecto Transición Energética) in the Dominican Republic, which supports, together with 17 stakeholders the decarbonization of the energy sector, through capacity building, sensibilization and technical studies.
