Ambassador Brian Challenger has had a long and varied career in public and private sectors in Antigua and Barbuda and the wider OECS. This includes stints at the OECS Secretariat in Saint Lucia, as a senior airline executive, as Antigua and Barbuda’s Ambassador to a number of Latin American countries, and in the hospitality and real estate sector. He has also been a Lead Author in the IPCC’s Third Assessment Report in 2001 as well as a consultant on various sustainable development and aviation related projects and initiatives.

He presently serves as Chief Technical Adviser to the Ministry of Public Utilities, Civil Aviation, Transport and Energy in Antigua and Barbuda.
