Anaitée Mills is a sustainable development professional with over 10 years of experience consulting for highly reputable organizations such as the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Resources Institute (WRI); and for governments in Latin America and the Caribbean. Within the IDB, she worked for the Energy and Climate Change Sector Divisions supporting the implementation of sustainable projects in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Belize, Barbados, Guyana.

She has joined the Cadmus Group Ltd as expert consultant to lead the Jamaica Energy Resilience Alliance, a conglomerate of private sector stakeholders, under the USAID funded activity: Strengthening Energy Resilience in Jamaica’s Energy Sector. She has also served as Climate Finance Consultant Advisor at the Office of the Prime Minister, coordinating Jamaica’s participation in the 2019 United Nations Climate Action Summit and currently consults for the Government on topics such as climate finance, climate risk, climate adaptation and mitigation. She also collaborates with the Climate Change Division in stakeholder management and Paris Agreement climate targets implementation. 

She is a co-founder of Panamanian-based ITACA Solutions, a technical services provider focused in promoting innovation, training, and climate change adaptation in coastal areas in the Caribbean. 

Anaitee holds a BSc in Human Resources Administration and is a Board member of the Project Management Institute, Jamaica Chapter. She has certifications in Energy Planning and Climate Policy Development and postgraduate studies in Climate Change and Development from the School of Advanced Studies, University of London.
