Facundo Deluchi is Programme Manager Officer at the Latin American & the Caribbean Division in the Technical Cooperation Department of the IAEA. He is former National Director of Nuclear Policies of the Argentine Republic (2015 – 2020). He has previously been Head of the Department of Bilateral Relations (2006-2011) and Manager of Institutional Relations (2012-2015) of the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA). He has been member of INVAP Board of Directors (2016 – 2021), Policy Advisor at CNEA, and expert consultant to the IAEA in Nuclear Security response and Technical cooperation management, co-chair of the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation and Senior Researcher at the Nuclear Energy and Innovation Program – UNTREF and Argentina Global Foundation.
