With more than 28 years of experience in critical IT functions across Latin America, Arturo has led teams spanning networks, data centers, engineering, and shared services, bringing a strong strategic and operational focus to complex environments.

He is recognized for driving improvements in process optimization, cost control, operational efficiency, and talent management, while clearly communicating and executing objectives that support team development.

At the industry level, he has held leadership roles in national initiatives, including the Energy Commission of the Mexican Association of Data Centers (MEXDC).

His professional background includes ThePowerMBA and prior experience at Citibank. He remains actively engaged in key industry forums such as Data Center Dynamics and Capacity Media, including participation as a speaker at Mexico Connect 2024.

He currently serves as Managing Director of Ascenty in Mexico and Chair of the Energy Commission at MEXDC.
