Penelope has a background in healthcare advisory and financial transformation. Her consulting experience includes supporting clients on finance transformation, insolvency, restructuring, and capital advisory engagements. She began her career at KPMG UK in London within the audit practice before moving into the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare Financial Transformation team, where she worked primarily on healthcare-focused projects, including a six-month on-island secondment with KPMG Bermuda. Prior to rejoining KPMG, Penelope spent over two years at a Bermuda-based advisory firm, gaining experience across restructuring, capital advisory, and transaction-related engagements across a range of sectors. Her background as a pharmacist underpins her interest in health economics and healthcare financing.
