Nicholas is certified in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) through the Centre of Excellence Uk and has facilitated Mental Health First Aid training in Wales, further strengthening his expertise in crisis management and mental health awareness. His work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Prestige Awards for Best Psychiatric Facility (2023-2025) and CARF accreditation for a three-year term beginning in 2025.
