Dr Lee Ann Salandy has over 20 years of professional experience in healthcare, beginning her career with a clinical background before transitioning into healthcare administration. She has taken on key leadership roles throughout her career, including leading organizations to successful accredited status, serving as a Health Planner, Quality Manager, and as a Surveyor with Accreditation Canada. 

In recognition of her experience, Lee Ann was awarded a Fulbright Scholar in Residence to work as a Lecturer at Fayetteville State University, North Carolina, in the US. Additionally, she has served as a Health Services Commissioner where she led the strategic transformation of the Department of Health Services. Currently, she is a Senior Manager in an advisory role with KPMG Island Groups and Caricom, where she leverages her extensive expertise to provide strategic support to healthcare clients. Her diverse experience reflects a strong foundation in clinical practice and healthcare management.
