Monika has over 11 year’s experience in the NHS in roles ranging from operational administration, service management, cancer and corporate function in performance. Monika has extensive knowledge of elective recovery and RTT restoration. She has successfully led a number of change programmes including implementation across a number of large acute NHS trusts. Monika has had significant involvement in engaging clinicians in highly complex transformation within clinical and surgical services and has delivered multiple projects at operational level. Throughout Monika’s career she has been directly responsible in leading a number specialists services across healthcare including independent sector insourcing, and clinical specialties A&E, Endoscopy, Cancer, General Surgery and Trauma and Orthopedics.
