Ms. Echeverria is a Senior Underwriter at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) of the World Bank Group, where she leads the origination and structuring of guarantees for investments across all sectors in the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Ms. Echeverria has over twenty years of experience in financial structuring and business development in the development finance and private sectors. In addition to her seven years at MIGA, Ms. Echeverria has also worked at the Global Infrastructure Facility of the World Bank as a Senior Infrastructure Finance Specialist and at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as an Investment Officer in the Global Transport Practice. Ms. Echeverria’s private sector experience includes serving as Partnerships Director at Via, the world’s leading developer and operator of on-demand shared ride systems, as well as experience in M&A, private equity, and management consulting. Ms. Echeverria has an M.A. in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was awarded a Kennedy Fellowship, and a B.A. cum laude from Yale University.
