Carolina León joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2019. She has more than 15 years of experience, concentrating her professional practice in the areas of foreign investment, corporate, regulatory, structuring and contract negotiation. , mergers and acquisitions, labor law, free zones, distribution or franchise relations and telecommunications.

Ms. León has extensive experience in transactions that include the acquisition and sale of companies, and real estate. She has successfully negotiated agreements between buyers and sellers and represents clients in obtaining financing for these operations. In addition, she has acted as a local lawyer in the implementation of multi-jurisdictional syndicated financing linked to the energy, telecommunications and infrastructure sector.
