Social anthropologist and lawyer from the University of Chile with master’s degrees in law, anthropology and society from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Board member of Pivotes Foundation and the Chilean Society of Public Policies, Advisor of the UC Center for Public Policy, the Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR2) and the Technical Committee of the Subdirectorate of Applied Research of the National Agency for Research and Development (ANID). He currently is Executive Vice President of the Chilean Association of Desalination and Reuse, ACADES.
