Director of Planning at Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S/A (BNB), since May 2023. Economist, graduated in Economics from the State University of Rio Grande do Norte (UERN), with a specialization in Regional Economics from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). He was Secretary of State for Planning and Finance of the Government of Rio Grande do Norte from 2019-2023, and has been a career servant at the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) since 2002.
