Hongbin Fang joined LONGi, the largest solar wafer and module manufacturer and leading alkaline electrolyzer manufacturer in the world, in 2016. He has been leading global product marketing team at LONGi Solar, and he is currently Head of Americas Business at LONGi Hydrogen. He has more than 24 years of combined experience in semiconductor, crystalline silicon solar and green hydrogen product development and integration, product management, marketing and business development.
Before LONGi, Hongbin was working at SunEdison for five years, leading the team in charge of solar wafer, cell and module integration, and new technology and supplier introduction into HVM. He earned his BS degree in Materials Science from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University.
