Industrial Engineer in Electricity of Morelia’s Technological Regional Institute, with a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Monterrey. 35 years of experience in the Federal Commission of Electricity in specialities of electrical studies, operation planning and real time operation of the National Electrical System.
In the Federal Commission of Electricity, he was the Operation Manager and Coordinator of the National Electrical System.
Currently he is Grid Planning Deputy Director in the National Energy Control Centre (CENACE), in charge of long term planning of the National Transmission Grid, open access for the interconnection of new power plants and load centers and Smart Grid Program.
