La Alianza de Energ\u00eda y Clima de las Am\u00e9ricas promueve la cooperaci\u00f3n regional en materia de energ\u00eda mediante el impulso de proyectos y el intercambio de experiencias entre los pa\u00edses de las Am\u00e9ricas a fin de lograr un desarrollo energ\u00e9tico m\u00e1s limpio, seguro, eficiente, moderno y equitativo.<\/p>\n

Es un mecanismo flexible a trav\u00e9s del cual los gobiernos del Hemisferio Occidental, de forma voluntaria, pueden liderar iniciativas multinacionales o bilaterales que involucren al sector privado, el acad\u00e9mico, la sociedad civil y organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n

New Energy tiene conexiones profundas y una d\u00e9cada de experiencia trabajando en los mercados energ\u00e9ticos de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe. En el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2021 y principios de 2022, la Alianza de Energ\u00eda y Clima de las Am\u00e9ricas (ECPA) y New Energy lanzaron la Serie de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Hidr\u00f3geno para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/a> (Red de Capacitaci\u00f3n H2LAC) para apoyar el desarrollo profesional en el floreciente mercado regional del Hidr\u00f3geno. Asistieron altos funcionarios de todos los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina y la mayor parte del Caribe, incluidos Ministros de Energ\u00eda, Secretarios de Energ\u00eda y Viceministros de Energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n

New Energy tambi\u00e9n es el realizador junto con Hinicio, del \u00cdndice de Hidr\u00f3geno anual para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, un estudio pionero que mide el progreso hacia la econom\u00eda del hidr\u00f3geno pa\u00eds por pa\u00eds en toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
