\"\"<\/td>Dr. James Fletcher, CCREE Chairman and Founder of the Caribbean Climate Justice Project
\n
\nJames Fletcher was the Minister for Public Service, Information, Broadcasting, Sustainable Development, Energy, Science and Technology in Saint Lucia from 2011 to 2016. During his tenure, he led an aggressive modernization of the energy sector that included the establishment of a new multi-sector regulator, the drafting and passage of new energy legislation, the commissioning of rooftop solar on government buildings, the replacement of high-pressure sodium streetlights with LED fixtures, the recommencement of geothermal energy exploration, and the attraction of new investments in utility scale wind and solar energy. He also commissioned modern ICT centres in several under-served communities, started a program for free island-wide Wi-Fi, developed a 311 call centre for the public service, initiated major water development projects on the east coast and in the south of the island, and established an Employee Assistance Programme to provide free, confidential counselling to public officers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDavid Gumbs is a Principal for RMI\u2019s Global South program where he works closely with governments and utilities to achieve their renewable energy targets. David specializes in reducing energy costs and building resiliency through distributed renewable energy microgrids.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\"<\/td>Bruce Levy, President and CEO of BMR Energy
\n
\nBruce Levy has worked in the power and energy industry for more than 35 years. Prior to founding BMR Energy, he was the CEO of International Power\u2019s North American IPP business, responsible for over 7,000 MW of oil, gas, coal, wind and solar power generation throughout the region.
\n
\nBefore IP, he served as CFO of GPU, Inc., an electric utility company serving over 2 million customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Bruce also previously served as President and CEO of GPU International, a non-regulated subsidiary of IP that developed, acquired and operated generation and utility systems through the U.S., South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Bruce has a bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering from City College of New York, an MBA in Finance from New York University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\"<\/td>Yomayra Martin\u00f3 Soto, Energy, Sustainability and Climate Change Consultant

\nYomayra Martino is an intersectoral advisor on green taxonomy at IFC, the international organization that supports private sector development in emerging markets. She is also the founder and lead consultant of GreEnergy Dominicana, a company dedicated to advising and creating capacities on sustainability, energy transition, environment, and climate action.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\"<\/td>Racquel Moses, UNFCCC Global Ambasssdor and CEO of Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator

\nRacquel Moses is a Global Ambassador for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Chief Executive Officer for the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator (CCSA). Moses has represented the region at COP26-28, presenting a climate scorecard for rating the status and progress of countries at COP26 and a climate smart map for the Caribbean region at COP28.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"\"<\/td>Therese Turner-Jones, Acting Vice President of Operations at the Caribbean Development Bank
\n
\nTherese Turner-Jones is a Bahamian national and resident of Bridgetown, Barbados, having recently spent a decade in Kingston Jamaica. Between 2013 and 2022, she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she served as general manager of the Caribbean Group (CCB). Her purview spanned IDB operations in Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and her home country, The Bahamas. She is currently the Director of the Projects Department of the Caribbean Development Bank after managing MaxGwen Ltd, a consulting firm she founded in 2022.

\nA trained economist, Mrs. Turner-Jones has over 30 years\u2019 experience in macroeconomics and economic development, with special expertise on the Caribbean and Latin America.
