Gain valuable experience at the Caribbean’s biggest clean energy event while making valuable connections in the regional renewable industry. As a CREF volunteer, you’ll play a key role in the event’s success and enjoy full access to the conference during your off-duty hours.
Your Role as a Volunteer
Once at the event, you’ll be assigned a role that may include:
- On-site registration support
- A/V assistance
- Breakout session management
- Door monitoring
- Social media support
We offer a variety of roles and will do our best to align your interests with our needs, ensuring a mutually beneficial experience.

Application and Selection
- Preference is given to currently enrolled students and recent graduates who are not yet employed during the application process.
- If you are not a current student, feel free to apply; however, you may be added to the waitlist until we’ve fully determined our volunteer needs closer to the event.
- Rolling basis acceptance – apply early, as space is limited.
- You’ll hear from the CREF team within 2-4 weeks of your submission.
- Note: Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and overnight accommodations.

- Location: JW Marriott Marquis, Downtown Miami
- Mandatory Orientation:
- A short 20-minute Zoom orientation will be scheduled one week before the event.
- This session will provide essential information, clarify roles, and address any questions you may have.
- We’ll walk through the program, venue, clarify roles, and address any questions you may have.
- Attire: Business casual
- Meals: Lunch, networking hors d’oeuvres, and drinks will be provided during the event
