Tiago is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the energy and insurance industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a post-Grad degree in Power Generation, and an MBA in Project Management.

Tiago began his career in the Energy industry, working as an engineer at CPFL and EDP renewables. He then transitioned to the insurance market, joining RSA as an underwriter. With training sessions in the UK and Denmark, as well as experience with major reinsurance companies, Tiago gained valuable expertise in the industry.

Since joining Marsh in 2012, Tiago has held various roles across Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently, he serves as the facultative reinsurance leader for Marsh clients in the region, based in the Miami office.
