A strong Jamaican presence at CREF 2015 will be led by Minister Phillip Paulwell, Minister of Science, Technology, Energy & Mining. Joining Minister Paulwell will be Fitzroy Vidal, Director of Energy for the Government of Jamaica, Kelly Tomblin, CEO of JPSCo, and Earl Barrett, General Manager of Wigton Windfarm. Bruce Levy of BMR and Robert Blenker of WRB, the two other winning bidders on the recent Jamaican RFP for the purchase of renewable energy, are also confirmed for this year’s event.
