As part of its plan to source 35% of energy from renewables by 2020, the government of St. Lucia has installed PV systems at the National Mental Wellness Centre and the headquarters of the National Emergency Management Organization.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Sustainable Development and CREF speaker, Sylvester Clauzel, said that the installation will ensure that PV use continues to expand across the island.
