Coordinator of the Environment theme for the OBMEC project at uniQ. Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Representative of CEFREPADE (Francophone experts in sanitation, waste, environment and energy) in Haiti, winner of the 2016 Suez Prize for Access to Essential Services. National Coordinator of the Re-Sources project for Haiti (developing innovative actions and training modules in solid waste valorization in cities of ACP countries). Co-founder and Head of Biomass-Energy topic at the Haitian Institute of Energy associated with uniQ. Co-founder and CEO of Wastek S.A. (design, services and innovation in integrated environmental and waste management), winner of the LEAD-PADF-USAID 2015-2016 Business Plan Challenge. National and international Consultant for Haitian and foreign governments and international organizations on strategies and processes of material/energy recovery from waste and environmental management.

 

Ingénieur-Agronome, Master en Sciences de l’Environnement, Docteur en Chimie de l’Environnement. Lauréat du Prix scientifique Jean Christophe Fernandès 2012. Enseignant-chercheur à l’Université Quisqueya (uniQ) et à l’Université d’État d’Haïti. Attaché de coopération au Service des Relations Internationales à l’uniQ. Coordonateur de la thématique Environnement pour le projet OBMEC à l’uniQ. Membre du Conseil d’Administration et Co-Représentant haïtien du CEFREPADE (réseau d’experts francophones en assainissement, déchets, environnement et énergie), lauréat 2016 du Prix Suez « accès au services essentiels ». Coordonnateur national du programme Re-Sources en Haïti (projet de développement d’actions innovantes et de modules de formation en valorisation des déchets solides dans des villes de pays ACP). Membre fondateur et Responsable de la thématique Biomasse-Énergie au niveau de l’Institut Haïtien de l’Énergie, entité associée à l’Université Quisqueya. Membre fondateur et Président du Conseil d’Administration de la société Wastek S.A. (bureau d’études, de services et d’innovation en gestion intégrée de l’environnement et des déchets), gagnante du Concours de Plan d’Affaires LEAD-PADF-USAID 2015-2016). Expert-consultant national et international, auprès du gouvernement haïtien, de gouvernements étrangers et d’organisations internationales sur les stratégies et procédés de valorisation matière/énergie de déchets et de gestion de l’environnement.
