The deadline for the Geothermal Development Facility’s (GDF) fourth call for Expressions of Interest is fast approaching.
The GDF is looking for geothermal projects to finance in Latin America.
Projects in the following eligible countries, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Perú, can apply for funding under this scheme.
Funding would be provided for surface studies or confirmation drilling.
The Geothermal Development Facility was established by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development via the KfW Development Bank.
