Dominican Republic sets 18-month deadline for 360 MW of wind and solar

To guarantee projects are delivered on time, the Dominican Corporation of State Electric Companies (CDEEE) established a 18-month deadline for eight renewable projects with a combined capacity of 361 MW. After years of delay, the projects, as reported earlier, were recently approved by the CDEEE and received financing from private investors. In addition to the new schedule, the sale or transfer of the projects is also not allowed until they have been completed, CDEEE said.
