The organizers of CREF are excited to announce that the Cuban Government has confirmed its participation in CREF 2015. Hosted by the Government of Canada, we look forward to the participation of a substantial Cuban delegation at this year’s event. At this time the organizers are pleased to confirm that Rosell Guerra, Director of Renewable Energy at Cuba’s Ministry of Energy & Mines, will participate on the agenda and will present on the current structure of Cuba’s energy matrix and opportunities for international investment moving forward.
