A Chilean national, is an energy and climate finance expert, with 25 years experience and deep knowledge in power and carbon markets. He has structured, financed, and managed energy and carbon related projects and transactions in Latin America and Africa.
Mr. Cubillos holds an Industrial and Electric Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Catรณlica de Chile and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, USA.
