The Caribbean Development Bank has announced that it will co-host the inaugural Blue Economy Caribbean in Miami in November. The conference, which is organized by New Energy Events, is the first meeting designed to gather island and international leaders to explore the potential for the blue economy to transform regional economic development and conserve coastal resources. The CDB is spearheading blue economy initiatives region-wide and recently published a major report focused on economic drivers and opportunities. Download the publication here.
