Following up on the January 2015 meeting of Caribbean leaders and US Vice President Joe Biden, Trinidad & Tobago Planning and Sustainable Development Minister, Dr. Bhoe Tewarie, is confident that creating a $1 billion in fund for sustainable energy in the region is possible.
