70 speakers are now confirmed for CREF 2017, the largest gathering of the Caribbean energy market. Recent additions to the agenda include Jose Maria Figueres, former President of Costa Rica, Pamela Hill, CEO of Bahamas Power & Light, Dr. Vince Henderson, Dominica’s Ambassador to the United States, Peter Allen, CEO of Belize’s Ministry of Energy, and Joseph Cox, Assistant Secretary General of CARICOM.
