All CREF 2017 attendees will have full access to the annual CREF-Castalia Renewable Island Index & Marketplace. The Index, prepared annually by Castalia, measures the readiness of each jurisdiction to develop and implement renewable energy projects. The Project Marketplace is a current database of renewable projects – both distributed and utility scale – in various stages of development.
